DELIVERY
Local delivery is normally NEXT DAY* (including Saturdays) .
Nationwide deliveries are dispatched next day for over night delivery so normally 2-3 days max.
Local delivery is FREE and Nationwide delivery is also Free of Charge for orders over €150.00
*We hold stocks of all our popular wines in our local store for next day local delivery. Larger stocks are held in our main stores so take an extra day to deliver.
Unsure if you'll get your wine in time? Just email us at info@webwines.ie or through our Contact page with your address and the wine you are going to order, and we'll confirm delivery details - we monitor our emails all day - even when not in the office so just ask!

When ordering our wines, just click ‘Add to Cart’ and easily change quantity up
or down in ‘CHECKOUT’
All prices and costs are clearly displayed in ‘CHECKOUT’. We have no hidden
charges.
Delivery is free for orders over €150 and for all Local (South Dublin ) deliveries.
Because many of our wines are Fine Wines or Premium Wines, they are
stored properly so while most deliveries are Next (working) Day inc. Saturdays for Local addresses (South Dublin) and 2 to 3 working days Nationwide, please allow an extra day or so for Fine Wines.
Refunds & Returns
REFUNDS : We pack all our wines in special secure boxes to ensure safe delivery, but in the unlikely event that your wine order is delivered damaged or incomplete, you are entitled to a full refund of any items not received. Please contact us at info@webwines.ie to advise shortages. To help speed up refunds, it would be great if you included a copy (photo etc) of the delivery docket marked with the shortages.
RETURNS
We think all our wines are great, but if you change your mind about a wine after it has been dispatched, we are happy to refund your account upon safe return of the wines etc. Please contact us at info@webwines.ie and we'll provide return details. Please note that only recent purchases (28 days) can be returned for a credit.
